Royal Tan clothing is made to order by Inkthreadable. Production and quality control take place before your order is packed and dispatched.
Postage costs
Postage follows Inkthreadable's published rates and is calculated from your basket's shipping weight and destination. UK Royal Mail 48 Tracked starts at £2.88; Royal Mail 24 Tracked at £3.48; Courier at £11.99 per 6kg parcel band. Our existing free UK delivery promotion applies to qualifying orders of £75 or more when no discount code is used.
UK and international delivery options and the final charge are shown at checkout. Allow an estimated 3–5 working days for production before the delivery transit time. See our Shipping policy for current rates and delivery estimates.
A problem with your parcel or item?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Keep the packaging if it may help explain damage during delivery.
Returns and exchanges
For a change-of-mind cancellation, notify us within 14 days after delivery; no approval is required. Please contact us for return address and instructions. Do not send a return to Inkthreadable or another production address unless we specifically direct you to.
There is no self-service link for customers to generate or print a return label. We will explain the return postage arrangements.
